I am receiving unwanted robocalls calls from this company 2-3 times per day. They hang up-even when you try to call them back.
I have been receiving unwanted robocalls from the number *** several times per day, seven days a week, for months now! When you answer, they hang up, and when you try to call them back, you reach a recording that asks you to "please hold", and then it seems as though someone picks up the line and then promptly hangs it up again. The fact that they hang up doesn't even afford you the opportunity to request that your number be placed on a Do Not Call list, which is a very deceptive, unethical business practice. If the situation isn't resolved via this forum, my next step will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

While I certainly appreciate the essence of the resolution, what needs to be addressed on a larger scale are the unethical practices that have been allowed to proceed without any practical intervention from governmental agencies. It is not enough for them to simply say: "Okay, we won't harass THIS particular consumer anymore", while continuing to harass OTHER consumers. I am happy to be out of their calling queue, but I find it disturbing that this company will obviously continue to violate the law with these robocalls.
These people have been calling me for weeks. I finally answered today. It was some man claiming to be calling on behalf of a charity I support. He asked me for my name, and when I confirmed it was me speaking, he immediately hung up on me. Repeated attempts to call back get you put on a neverending hold line. Absolutely scamny and despicable. These people need to be prosecuted.
They call our home phone several times a week. It doesn't matter that we are on the Do Not Call list: they operate like a rogue organization, using technology to harass and violate privacy with incessant robo calls. Attempts to directly contact them are useless: you are put on hold over and over again. When will the FCC shut down these people?
If Mr *** provides the phone number on which he is being called, we would be happy to remove him from our records, and place him on our Do Not Call list. Donor Services Group calls no behalf of non-profits, and as such is exempt from the National Do Not Call Registry. We have tried to locate Mr*** using his first and last name, last name and Zip Code....but have found no match in any client file for the last three months. Thank you.
Been trying to call your number for 4 days and can reach no one except automated responses. Very concerned about the 19 phone calls I have received in the past two week labeled "Humane Society". When I call them back I cannot reach a person. I have referred their phone number to the FCC charging them with repeated calling even to a do not call number and after I left four voice mails requesting no more calls. You may think telemarketing is great but it's total BS for us seniors.

This remains to be seen, as I have been on the National do not call list for 4 years and Spectrum call blocking for 2 years. That hasn't stopped these calls before. But, I have high hopes.

This company has been calling my phone, once or twice a day and seven days a week for two or three months. My caller ID shows "Donor Services Group XXX-XXX-XXXX."
Stop calling me.
We immediately found the one file with the one phone number and placed that number on the 'do not call' list. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for letting us know.
I haven't heard anything directly from the business. However, I haven't received one of their robo-calls for 2 or 3 days. Hopefully, this will remain the case.

The calls have stopped (at least for now). Thanks to the Revdex.com for helping to accomplish this.
Daily hang up phone calls for last 2 weeks. I have answered the phone each time, and then it directly hangs up.
For the last 2 weeks I have received at least 1 hang up phone call daily. I have now tried to call the number back several times to try to directly solve this issue. When I call back it goes to an automated message that asks you to hold for the next available person. I sit on hold for 3-8 minutes before the line is just disconnected. I have never been able to actually talk with anyone at this company. I have called multiple times over the last several days.
I have actually stopped my monthly recurring donation with the ACLU in an attempt to get removed from whatever call list that I was put on.

Continually calls me and hangs up
Continually calls me and hangs up after I say hello, When I call them back they pick up but dont say anything and then hang up on me. This has been going on for several months at least twice a day. Very uncalled for

We have physically placed *** on a DO NOT CALL and STOP list. This should immediately remove the caller from any calling list and any further calling. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your patience.
Daily harrassing phone calls for the Humane Society
This is what is on their website:
DSG provides its clients with a combination of creative advice, sophisticated data management and reporting systems, and high quality calling by a group of very dedicated telephone fundraisers.
They try and achieve this by calling every day now for over 30 days. They come through as Humane Society at XXX-XXX-XXXX.
They will not stop and these high qualified people are too stupid to realze they have alienieted the base of the charity who will never ever donate one penny to the Humane Society.
I just want them to take my phone off their list and leave me alone. They call at all hours each day and I want them to stop
