Review: We bought a brand new 2012 RAM 2500 and on January 27,2013 the motor blew up. They do not want to cover it under warranty because they are saying it was customer neglect. We have receipts from the oil and filters when we changed it. They didn't even tear anything apart, they only pulled the filter and say there was no oil in it. It smelled like something caught fire..no warning light ever came on until we towed it home. The truck only has 30,000 miles on it.Desired Settlement: New motor
