Don's Auto Body & RV Repair

I called Don't Auto Body and had the displeasure of speaking with Rick. I explained I had a 28' trailer that I wanted to bring by for some body and paint repair on it. He treated me like he could care less about my business. He did not ask any questions about my trailer. His tone was dull and unfriendly. I got the impression he could really care less about helping me. Apparently they have enough business that they can treat their customers like this. I hung up feeling like "this guy is [redacted]". Fine Rick. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I owned my 2016 GMC Denali Pickup truck for 4 months before receiving natures wraith through a hail storm that caused over a $1B in damages throughout Colorado Springs. I brought my moon cratered truck to Ron and he worked me into his schedule. When I received a call that the truck was finished and before schedule, I was impressed. Especially after close inspection, you would not have known it ever had hail damage. Highly recommend this professional business as they due quality work at/or before the scheduled delivery date.

I wish I could write a review of the work Don's does - but we never got that far. Our travel trailer suffered minor wind damage and, wanting to support local business, we took it to Don's to get an estimate on getting it repaired. Apparently, they really didn't want our business. They gave us an estimate of almost $3,000, said it could take up to week to fix it, and they couldn't get to it for a few weeks. I guess what upset me the most is that almost the entire estimate was for labor. ($160 for parts - the rest was labor). They said that it would take almost 20 hours to fix the damage. We did get the trailer fixed - it took 2 men about 3 hours to fix it. We will not go back to Don's - and will not be recommending the business to any of our family or friends who have RV's.
