CUSTOMER HAD CAME INTO DONS AUTO BODY WANTED SEVERAL ESTIMATES ON REPAIRS OF TRUCK STATED WOULD SUPPLIED THERE OWN TAILGATE NEVER ANY DISCUSSING OF HARDWARE TILL MORNING OF DROP OFF. ALSO SHOP NOTED PRIOR DAMAGES AND PAINT WORK TO TRUCK CUSTOMER HAD DISAGREED WITH ESTIMATOR AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WANTED TO BE DONE AS TRUCK WAS A THEFT RECOVERY AND HAD NO VIN. TAGS FOR PAINT CODE . AFTER TIME OF PICK UP CUSTOMER CONTACTED THE SHOP IN A ARROGANT MATTER USE UN PROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE AND WAS WARNED CALL WOULD BE DISCONNECTED IF DID NOT STOP THE HARASSMENT . SHOP NOTED CONVERSION AND CONTACTED CUSTOMER IN MORNING TO RESOLVE MATTER AT THAT TIME CUSTOMER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED IT WAS HIS NEW VERBAL CONTRACT HE NOW WANTED NOT BROUGHT TO MANAGER OR SERVICE PROVIDERS ATTN. SHOP WILL REQUIRE OTHER SHOP EST. SUPPORT AND PHOTOS OF COMPLETED WORK TO DISCUSS REFUND AT THIS TIME INCLUDED IS THE EST. WANTED ALONG WITH WORK BILL DONE AND REFUND DIFFERENCE WORK ORDER. SHOWING AMOUNT OF $87.80 OWED IF PROVIDED PROOF OF REPAIRS COMPLETED . CUSTOMER HAD NEVER CONTACTED SHOP AGAIN WITH ANY CONCERNS OF OTHER ITEMS LISTED IN MATTER AND WOULD REQUIRE PHOTO SUPPORT .

Work was performed as requested and written est. agreed to work with customer in resolving matters and never heard back, as stated to customer when you supply your own parts no warranty and additional parts added after agreed price . shop will not be responsible for there parts being damaged or cost...

to repaint hood after changing the mind not to wrap had made arrangements with the wrap company to smooth out line and again never heard back . REPAIRS COMPLETED AS AGREED EST.

Work was not performed as agreed. The hardware for the new tailgate was not installed, the bumper was not straightened. Knowing that the hood was only going to be partially wrapped, only across the front, it was not smooth nor in a straight line to accommodate the wrap without showing the flaws in the work that was done. Damage to the lamp lens and the grill is not damage to supplied parts. It was caused by carelessness lack of pride in the work performed. Only after the wrap company said that they don't do body work, as suggested by Don's, did Chad say he would go by and smooth out the flaws while at the wrap company. Don's had the opportunity to do it right the first time, Given the quality of work performed the first time, and trying to avoid taking responsibility and correcting that work, the risk of him not showing up to the wrap company at an appointed time to do the work was a real possibility, thereby wasting the wrap companies time and possibly incurring an additional fee for wasting their time. There was no offer to correct the issues BEFORE making an appointment with the wrap company so that the truck could be dropped off and the wrap done in an expedient manner. Also, Chad said that the hardware for the bumper probably couldn't be installed.d. They were OEM parts and my husband installed them with no issues. Chad said they couldn't straighten the bumper, charged me for it anyway, another company did it with no issues. The work agreed to, and paid for, was not performed, the work that was done was not to standard, as another company redid the work on the hood Whether it was repainted or wrapped, the flaws would have showed, according to the wrap company, and the other company who painted it.
