May 9, 2016 Revdex.com 7007 Jefferson St NE Ste. A Albuquerque, NM 87109 To Whom it may concern: We received your letter [redacted]. Her vehicle was towed in for diagnosing of not starting. Upon arrival we tested the battery and starter, concluded she needed a battery and starter. We also did a...
compression test that confirmed that 2 of the 4 cylinders were bad. We let her know that she was going to need an engine and that the cost would be more than the value of her vehicle. Her vehicle is fuel injected so there is not a carburetor on it. We never heard the clicking because we never got the vehicle running. She was charged for the compression test.
