normal; widows: 1; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">To whom it may concern   This looks to me to be a scam from a person in which I have never dealt with  I did replace a transmission For [redacted] on her jeep from an antigo wi. auto recycling center in december . the vehicle was tested and works fine.    Here is the problem now 6th month later a person lied to her that she calls her mechanic . he came to my garage and accused us of not replacing the transmission. 1ST off this is not a mechanic but her boyfriend in the letter he describes how the transmission does not appear to have been removed . Well thank You for noticing how well we preform our work . When you work on vehicles properly it should look as good as originalas he said it looks like it was never out, but if he would have been here in december he would have seen how professionals do this kind of work. 2ND he wrote in his letter that we only changed a module that he called a transmission module which does not exist this transmission is opperated by ecm so this tells me he is not anykind of mechanic.   Attached is a receipt that we received when purchasing this transmission.this should clear up the fact that we replaced her transmission but also makes you wonder what kind of scam this person is trying to pull on her and us .He made false and slanderous complaints against my shop 6 month after the work was completed and requested money. The vehicle is still working fine please tell me what we can do to please these people  and we have been in business for over 60 years and the Revdex.com can show our record to anyone We have one of the best records in the state with the Revdex.comThank you

These receipts are NOT acceptable.  They are cropped off, do not contain a date or even a CONFIRMATION of sale of the said transmission in question.  The critical information is either cropped off or marked off with black marker.  Please send copy of ENTIRE receipt with all pertinent information. 
I am pursuing a certified auto technician specialist inspection to verify my position that this transmission was INDEED NEVER replaced.  Please be advised.  Please provide copies of ENTIRE receipts including dates and verification of SALE.  Thank you.

In the reply from the Don's Automotive Business:  They CLAIMED "Attached is a receipt that we received when purchasing this transmission this should clear up the fact that we replaced her transmission but also makes you wonder what kind of scam this person is trying to pull on her and us."  THERE IS NO ATTACHMENT OR PROOF!  No such attachment was available for my review?  Please send me this information if I have missed it??  I need records of the exact name of the salvage yard including date and receipts and VIN number of this donor transmission as well as to the disposal of my old transmission with VIN numbers included.  If I need to have my existing transmission inspected by a certified professional as I am willing to do so to prove it is indeed the original factory transmission with VIN numbers included.  Please provide records from the salvage yard of origin including VIN numbers from donor vehicle and to disposal of my old transmission VIN numbers.  There is no proof this was ever done.  This ECM transmission Dons' Automotive is talking about is not relevant.  It is not on my receipt of purchase, nor was it any discussion.  And upon confrontation it was refused to be provided to me.  Please, please only take the facts into consideration here.  I realize I am only one single person (a woman) who trusted a place I have never done business with before and I trusted them.  I have no scams or ulterior motives.  I want justice done and mostly for the prevention of other crimes in the future against innocent victims.
