Review: Customer states that he 2006 Mustang Convertible was in an accident. It was taken to the Company for repairs June 3rd or 4th. The customer's insurance company sent a check for the needed repairs directly to the Company. The check has been cashed by the Company.
When the Customer has been able to reach the company, she has been told that the Company is awaiting parts. Customer now cannot reach the company at allDesired Settlement: Return of vehicle repaired, If repairs have not yet been completes, the Customer is requesting the return of the money to the insurance company and release of vehicle un-repaired and she will have another company do the work.
