advancedOur customers did receive two bills within the same month but for two months of service.As for the complaint of the garbage not being picked up, I could agree with that complaint but when reviewing customer calls, this particular customer never called our office to inform us that their garbage was not being picked upWhat I know factually is that we made numerous route changes for efficiency purposes and there is a chance that we did miss a garbage pick up at this location and if so, we deeply apologize for the mishapEveryone makes mistakes.As for the salesman having a contract signed, this is in fact trueOn October **, 2015, *** *** President, signed a five year contract with Maggio Environmental Services
