Trees are tagged at time of purchase with clients name and held for them until scheduled for pick up, delivery or date of installation. Because of this ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE and is noted on the invoice in bold, all caps and underlined. Client also signed invoice right
beside this wording. The fact that it has not been delivered is irrelevant order was placed. Trees are held for you and not available for sale and or special ordered for you. Client called to say he had been elsewhere days later and wanted me to price match with the installation included and gave me a figure. We do not price match. I told him what I could do as well as what I wouldn't. He said he would be calling his credit card company.Client called me 12/8/and said he thought maybe there was a misunderstanding and that the figure he'd given me before did not include the tax. I told him I might be able to work with him now, since the difference was now minimal and I was able to give him a break on the delivery since we do give a break on the delivery if it includes installation. He and I agreed on the cost and he paid the difference to have the tree installed now.He is going to call me on Monday to let me know if Friday December 15th or Saturday December 16th will work for him as his new scheduled install date.We look forward to working with him
