If I could do negative stars I would. This company is not at all professional. I spoke with John a week in advance to schedule a move for our daughter. I confirmed the morning of and called back two hours before the appointment and confirmed the address. I spoke with Stephanie both times - she assured me they would be there. The scheduled time came and went with no one showing up. After repeated attempts to call them with no answer, my daughter went to their office, aka home?, and was met by Stephanie. One would have to wonder why they would employ such a person. She said the trucks were still at another appointment and would be there shortly. 6 hours later a no show and no phone call. This kind of practice makes one wonder how they got an A+ rating from the Revdex.com? Not only did they inconvenience us, but their lack of concern as to how they left us stranded was truly unimaginable. In this day and age it is hard to believe that people conduct business this way. I will never, ever consider using them again and will make sure I write a review on every post I can find in addition to the complaint I am making with the Revdex.com. Disgusting practices. How can they get away with posting on their website they are Revdex.com rated A+ when your site says they are not?
