yesterday via email and  immediately today upon receiving her response.  I have contacted the manufacturer who stated that this bed has been out of production since 2014. I also called Rhodina this morning and explained what we were trying to do to resolve this.  I am trying to find a furniture repair company in Albany who can repair the chip on the side rail. I will inform her if and when I find one. Unfortunately our contract with the Organization that is paying for the moves in her complex has the standard .30 cents per pound per article on the bed.
