It has been 3 weeks since chimney was fixed. This was a long outstanding problem that was there way before we did roof and we have fixed the problem. You Sure about that? [redacted] spoke to you last week and told you the following:"So I answered the phone for client got a double dose ear full. he still has one roof in front of him. [redacted]. we are requested to give a 24-48 hour notice on trailer delivery. he asked for a date I told him I will not give a date but he is second in line. he did his own math and was saying it should be monday." This is being done this week.
We are a preferred vendor for Mrs [redacted]'s insurance company. It states in her policy that any insurance claim for roof repairs must be done by Superior. Mrs [redacted] calls everyday and curses at us and then refers us to other people....??? Mrs [redacted] has a awning installed on her roof. We contacted...
the awning supplier (the people she insisted for us to call)to have this awing reinstalled so it will be installed correctly and they are taking a while to install it. She called on the 4th of this month and informed us that the awning company came and picked it up last week to do whatever they have to do to it. We have been in contact with her every week updated her constantly. That is all we can do. We did offer Mrs [redacted] to give her the money for the install and she can handle it (The insurance advised us that would be the best way to handle it) but she refused. We cannot force the awning company to come out immediately. As far as holes in her roof, there are no holes in her roof. Once awing is installed we will come back and seal around brackets. Her flood lights were not installed correctly or to code. We cannot and will not install something that is unsafe. She needs to get an electrician out before she burns her house down.

I am rejecting this response because: when my home was build in 2003 the electrician did all of the electrical work they installed my flood light and it was working fine until the roofing company came out. The roofing company have not been communicating with me. They have been lying. The roofing company asked me who installed my awning and I told them so they call Thompson awning. Yes I did referred them to my friends now I wonder if I made a mistake. The insurance company advised me that my awning will be install on the 18th but no one from the awning company have confirmed that so I still don't know if it will be installed. The roofing company advised my insurance company that they will be installing my flood light now they are saying they will not. I will call the electrician who installed that light. To make matters worst one of the roofing company employees advised me if they would have installed the awning incorrectly it would have forfeit my warranting that is when they made the decision to reach out to the awning company. Yes I have been calling because it has been more then 4 months. My insurance advised me they did not tell superior to offer me money to get my awning installed. So between my insurance company and the roofing company someone is not telling the truth.
