Review: On August 24, 2013, we were solicited by Don Harry of Dons Paving & Sealing to resurface our driveway. He said he would do our job for the same price as our next door neighbor, $400.The next day, his team arrived, edged the driveway and blew it clean. Over the next half day, they laid a fresh coat of sealer. It looked great.for a few months.We first noticed the sealer disappearing in spots in March of 2014. Throughout the spring and summer, the new sealer was disappearing at an alarming rate. It doesnt even look like it was resealed anymore.My husband contacted Don Harry in June of 2014. He expressed his surprise and said he would stop by and take a look. He never did. After a few more weeks of frustration when I walk to the mailbox, I called him from my cell phone. He answered my call and I reminded him of our situation. He said that he had a job out our way Friday of that week and hed stop by. He did not stop by. I called several times again, but now, he wont take my call. It goes to his answering machine every time and he does not call us back.Our driveway began to deteriorate within months and now looks terrible as though it wasnt resurfaced at all. The contractor wont respond to my concerns or honor his work. I have no recourse but to ask for assistance from the Revdex.com to get satisfaction. If nothing else, Id like your records to record our extreme dissatisfaction which can be shared with other homeowners looking for a reputable asphalt sealing company.Desired Settlement: I think that the sections of our driveway where the sealer has disintegrated should be repaired and done so with a product that will last more than a few months.

Don Harry at Don's Paving sealed the parking area behind my home. He had done some paving work for me in the past, but I had not called him for this service; rather he followed me home one day when he was in the area. I told him my preference was to have it paved, but he told me that if I sealed it the job would last for 10 years. However, just a year later, nearly half of the sealing was wearing off. I called to ask him to fix this, but he never came to look and didn’t respond to future phone calls. I felt like I had been badly wronged, so I hired an attorney. Mr. Harry would not return his calls either, so he was contacted by a private server to appear in court. The court awarded me judgement against him, but as of this writing, I have still not received my reimbursement and will have to take further actions to get repaid for his poor service. Beware of doing business with this man! He will not stand behind his work!

Review: Don's Paving approached my grandmother in on August 28, 2015 to pave her driveway. She allowed them to pave it and paid them for their services when finished. After they were paid they informed her that they had broken her concrete well cover but that he would be back in the next day or two and replace it. It is now November and they still haven't replaced the well cover and will not answer phone calls most of the time. Myself, my mother, and a neighbor have been able to speak with Don about 5 times all together about the issue and he keeps saying I'll be there this week over and over but never shows up. The neighbor offered to meet him and get the replacement cover from them and fix it himself but they refused saying they would be there that week. Still nothing. This is ridiculous. I feel that they are taking advantage of my grandmother. She is a widow and I think they believe they can get by with not fixing what they broke.Desired Settlement: I want them to fix the broken well cover like they promised and refund my grandmother a portion of what she paid them for her trouble and the amount of time that it has taken them to replace it.

They said they would bring the cover this week. We have heard that for the last 3 months and still don't have it. I want a $500 refund issued to my grandmother for the trouble they have caused.
