Review: My transmission was not properly fixed I paid $3000.00 to Dons performance corner and my car did not work proper because the transmission was not fixed correct I took the car back to them and they wouldn't even acknowledge that it was still not working . I want my money back so I can have someone elsewhere fix it correct way.Desired Settlement: I want my money back so that my car can be fixed else where

I am writing to clear the good name and reputation of our company in the matter of **. [redacted].
I have reviewed the letter from your office . With the dates **. [redacted] has provided of March and April 2012, I can’t find any record of any service under her name. Repairs performed prior to these dates would have been performed well over a year and a half ago. The warranty for most repairs performed at that time would have been the lesser of 12 months or 12,000 miles and would have expired at least 6 months ago.
