I am rejecting this response because:
Attached please find the proof I sent WDC before and I am sending again. I did provided written proof of the contract with WDC multiple times, It states that monies were exchange,
that they would be installing the dishwasher. It clearly states on the page, “
INSTALL ASAP CALL WHEN IN. COD $50 DEAL PER PETEB INSTALL AND PARTS.”
Therefore WDC is lying
again.
I have provided plenty of proof for WDC and I will be providing it to the
courts in Los Angeles if they don't take responsibility for their damages to my
kitchen. There were no issues or problems with my kitchen before the installer
installed the dishwasher. I have witnesses and proof of this. 
 
The WDC company has
several complains online where they have done similar things to other
customers. My family is one of many families they have done this to but I will
not just let them get away with this illegal activity. This is their last
chance. If they refuse to make this right then I will be taking legal action
against their company this week.

On 5/29/2015, Mr. J[redacted] provided WDC with a receipt from Fasco Electric that is NOT dated and contains a list of electrical repairs that were done to his home. The dishwasher was installed over a year ago and we are just now being notified about this issue.
Michelle Moir of Warehouse Discount...

advised Mr. J[redacted] on 6/2/2015 to contact the installer directly, given the installer is not employed or affiliated with Warehouse Discount Center. The customer has been insisting the installer caused damage to the electrical wiring in his home. If this is the case, the complaint and any legal action should be taken up with the installer directly, not Warehouse Discount Center.
Again, Mr. J[redacted] will need to contact the installer directly.

I am rejecting this response because: WDC is selling fraudulent warranties, (2) Service techs broke my Microwave hood, left no paper work and the warranty company has ignored the issue, WDC should not be selling warranties to their customers who purchase them in good faith only to discover that the coverage is inadequate. WDC needs to make good on this issue, I am not accepting their deflection to the warranty company, Warranty was purchased from WDC

With all due respect, the refrigerator that Ms. S[redacted] purchased is 8 months old now and WDC does not have the authority to authorize an exchange. GE, the manufacturer, sets the policy for exchanges or refunds for defective merchandise, not the retailer. Ms. S[redacted] is correct regarding the one year...

warranty; however, it's GE who offers this--not WDC. Ms. S[redacted] will need to contact GE and set up a service call to correct/repair any malfunction she is currently experiencing with her refrigerator.
If GE determines her unit is a lemon, they will replace it for her. It's unfortunate that our company is not authorize to exchange Ms. S[redacted] unit for a new one. Again, this is GE's policy not Ours. GE will need to authorize the exchange.

I am rejecting this response because: WDC is selling warranties from companies that do...

not provide the proper service. They need to make the consumer aware there is no guarantee that by having the extended warranty, that they sell, their appliance will actually be properly repaired in the event of a breakdown. WDC did not stand behind the warranty they sold and the warranty repair resulted in damage to our unit

On behalf of the customer we reached out to the extended warranty company to contact the customer and resolve this matter directly. The extended warranty company is not related to WDC.

The service technician is going out to your home tomorrow 4/1/16 and we are still working with our Vendor on the rebate issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We will be in contact as we've been with you and your husband.
