for respect. She demanded the store to fix her shoes again. The shoes seemed to be used many times and she did not give us the opportunity to explain that we needed some kind of proof that we fixed her shoes. We know must people don’t save receipts and that this could been easily the case. She was rude to the person behind the counter and made the wrong choice of words. We as a business try to satisfy every client. We are aware that there may be customers that may not like our work therefore we offer a refund if this is the case.
