I am rejecting this response because: I have emailed and called them several times without any responseI have also emailed and left messages with the manufacturerwithout any responsewe are not happy with this productthere are to many things going wrong with it, and especially the sub floor coming up now, it is unsafe to tow it down the roadwe want the seller to purchase it back and get it out of our place

Company state:Customer has to follow the manufacturer'rs procedure. She can take it to me or the nearest warranty provider. If she does not take advantage of her warranty then that is not our fault. We have reached out to her and she has not brought in her vehicle nor taken it to a warranty dealer. We want to help the customer but she has not brought in her vehicle and is only asking for a refund which is not an option.

[redacted] consigned his RV with us to sell for him.  We sold his RV for him.  The RV was funded on 9/28/17.  Because [redacted] did not own the RV free and clear, Don's RV Center, Inc., paid off his outstanding installment loan on 9/29/2017 to [redacted] for...

him in the amount of $78,337.40.  Don's RV Center, Inc. advised [redacted] that the payoff to [redacted] was sent to payoff the RV and he was told that the remaining balance would be paid to him after [redacted] processed the payment; and when we received the certificate of title for the RV from the CA Department of Motor Vehicles.On October 24, 2017 [redacted] called demanding his money.  [redacted] was told that we had not received the Certificate of Title for the RV that we sold for him yet and we would pay him when we received it per the discussion earlier in the month.  [redacted] stated that he would call every 10 minutes until was paid him.    [redacted] was very aggressive on the telephone cursing, using abusive language to our Controller, [redacted], and calling her a [redacted] as she attempted to explain the process of paying off a RV.  EVEN WITHOUT OUR SECURITY OF the Certificate of Title for [redacted]'s RV, a decision was made to pay [redacted].  [redacted] was called to come in and pick up his check.  [redacted] came in and picked up his check.  During the time [redacted] was here, he was very aggressive and threatening to JJ, our Sales Manager, yelling and cursing, completely out of control. [redacted] was not burdened with a substantial bill for the RV we sold for him.  [redacted] approved the replacement of his RV's entry step.  [redacted] was never denied his money.  [redacted] received exactly what he agreed to per his approval and per the Consignment Agreement that he signed.

I am rejecting this response because: don's rv only contacted me after the Revdex.com contacted them. they did not tell us we could take it to another place for the warranty fixes. we would like to know the closest place we could have these things repaired. we still are unhappy with this coach. to many things wrong with it to keep it. we are most likely to have everything fixed then sell it. it's a danger to be pulling on the road.     susan smith ps. if they stood by their merchandise they would make it right and take it back and give us other options.

warranty by the manufacturer.  The warranty is available to all customers including the [redacted]s.Our service records indicate that the [redacted]s have not taken their 2014 Sandsport in for any repairs to my dealership or any other authorized Sandsport dealer for service.I encourage the [redacted]s to schedule any of their warranty claims as soon as possible with our service department or any authorized Sandsport dealer before their warranty expires one (1) year from the purchase date.If you have any questions, please call me.Thank you,[redacted]Don's RV Center, Inc.

Dear Ms. [redacted],I am sending you the contract we had with [redacted] at Don's rv. As you can see on the inventory sheet we gave him 2 sets of keys hand delivered to [redacted]. Dons rv states they do not do that and never got but 1 set. On their contract it states they are not responsible for items...

lost or stolen. I submit to you that the manuals were indeed part of the rv. There is also a list that all components worked when we left it there with them. [redacted] told me when I left the rv with them that they take care of all repairs. I do not think it is fair that a company can distroy someones property and they walk away and I have to foot the bill.  If I broke it, then I am responsible. They broke it and what is their responsibilities.

Review: we purchased a pacific coachworks sandsport 18 sle toy hauler in june 2014. it was supposed to be new. it had a large dark spot on linoleum in entrance. a wasp nest in the corner cabinet. we took it home anyway, the man said the dark spot was dirt. it wasn't. on our first trip I used the kichen sink and several hours later when I reached under the sink for a towel, everthing was wet. the pipe was broke. I called the dealer, he said he would give me credit in their parts department. we live 4 1/2 hrs. away. that didn't work. then on a recent trip in the rain, we got to our destination, we opened the door and it was like a river inside. it leaks at the inside wheel well. I emailed the corporation with no response. I emailed the dealership and again no response. we just want them to take this "used" lemon back, so we can get one we don't have to worry about.Desired Settlement: we would like the dealer to buy back rv from bank.
