Don's Seafood Hut Restaurant & Oyster Bar

Review: On 4/2/16 around 8:20 a friend and I visited the restaurant to have a drink and dinner. As we were placing our order at the bar, I noticed a worker digging in her Nose without using Kleenex and proceeded to prepare drinks for customers. I bought it to the attention of the bartender's and they said they would report it but no one approached the worker as she continued to dig and wipe her hands on her apron. At that time, we cancelled our orders and inquired about the server. We were informed her name was Amy but never saw anyone ask her to wash her hands or have the manager address the issue. We paid for the drinks and left but I can't help to wonder why such behavior would be tolerated in this type of industry. I will also be forwarding a complaint to the health Dept. As well.Desired Settlement: Contact from higher level management stating how worker was addressed for actions.
