of the work order clearly states "DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE AND MAY NOT COVER ALL INITIAL DISASSEMBLY AND DIAGNOSTICS CHARGES." signed by you. Also, the technician did not charge you for all time used. There is also a 3.5' X 5' sign, 6' in front of the counter stating there will be a charge for written estimates. I feel we have done nothing wrong and dont believe a refund is justified.
