Review: I 2 different recreational vehicles from Dons. In the beginning service seemed great. But as time went on and the issues were still at hand with these atv's and utv things just kept getting worse. He has had more time with my machines then I have. This last time I took both machines to him in August 2015 the atv needed the brakes fixed ( had the problem since time of purchase) and the Utv needed a few things fixed on it (again under warranty) It took 2 1/2 months to repair brakes on ATV. Everytime I tried to call no one would answer and when they did answer they could not get the parts they were waiting on them etc. Finally decided to take a trip down to at least pick the one machine up since it was suppose to be complete. Asked about the ATV and was told it was still torn apart to come to find out it was sitting there on a trailer hooked to a pickup truck that had no plates on it and when I questioned it. Amazingly owner was able to have been gotten a hold of he showed up stated that we had problems (basically took it as mental problems) because we were questioning why our machine was on someone elses trailer. After a little while we loaded the machines onto our trailer to bring them home as he told us to take our party elsewhere and get off his property. The quad is leaking fluid, has more hours than what ws on when taken down. Now I have to spend more of my time and find another repair shop to take it to and see what he has messed up on it. I feel after all this time he should have offered some kind of explanation and more due diligence when repairing items. Need to have much better customer appreciation. and Fix issues that they cause.Desired Settlement: The machines were both defective and he was unable to fix correctly I should have the option of exchanging these machines for new ones or getting my money back.
