CHECK FOR ROTATION.ALL OTHER GROCERY ITEMS ARE CHECKED BY MY SUPPLIER ON A 2 WEEK SCHEDULE. THE ONLY THING THAT IS CHECKED BY ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES WOULD BE THE MILK. I PERSONALLY CHECK THAT MYSELF ON A REGULAR BASIS AND I ALSO DO NOTHAVE ANY ROOM FOR BACK STOCK. I GET A LOT OF CUSTOMERS THAT COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU CAN THINK OF, JUST DUE TO THE AREA THAT THE STORE IS LOCATED.
