Don's Tire & Auto has been helping me and my family stay on the road for over thirty years. Their quality of work, pricing and professionalism are all stellar. I know I can always trust their outstanding service work. A recent vehicle purchase was also a very positive and fun experience. I can't recommend Don's Tire & Auto enough. We traveled from Michigan to buy a car from Don's Tire & Auto. Great people to work with and we are very glad we made the trip.
I was sacred! I never had to go to a mechanic before I normally work on my Truck (f150 2002) BUT my Heater Core which is located in the firewall (the heart of the truck) broke it leaked antifreeze and had a horrific smell. The job requires one to remove the Dash (which sucks). The job is about a 7 to 8 hour Job. Not only did the Mechanic do a great job but he did the job in 7 hours same day. Labor cost which normally hurts didn’t. Don’s Tires and Auto has the cheapest Labor in All of Knoxville!! He did the labor for 350$$ less than Half the cost of everyone else. After the job was complete I went to pick it up and spoke to the mechanic he told me everything about my Truck that he did and should do I even check and Yes he did the Job well.
