After about months, I had a problem with another one my cars and got behind on my payment (not over thirty days)My plan was to keep it under thirty days and try to catch up a week at a time until I was back on trackWell, Kia called and offered a payment defermentI acceptedWell thinking things were now fine I payed a payment but it looked like I owed two, so we talked to KIA, they screwed it up and told me it was my fault, so now it went passed thirty days and then they said lets fix it so we tried it againI payed my payment again thinking it was OKand then they called and had messed it up againand then are trying to charge me late paymentsSo after that call we got it all straightened outBut guess what it happened again and now they are trying to charge me late payments again and they have all the phone calls and know what happenedWell I am going back to my plan and make up a week a month, but now I have months of over days late on my credit reportI am still only one payment behind because I have been making the monthly payments but the one that was supposed to be deferred still hasn't beenand it is because of something they offered and then accused me of being the problem I will never ever ever buy another KIAThis will not matter to them and for those of you who say I should not have gotten behind, that is true, and I had a plan that was altered because of them, not me
