Don's Warrington Car Wash

Review: It is an automatic car wash, so there is no one working there. I paid $10 for a car wash, the machine accepted my money, but the car wash never started. There is no contact information on the receipt I have. The only phone number I can find on the internet just continues to ring, then goes silent, so there is no way for me to contact the owner to file a complaint and get my money back. Terrible business operations.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $10, and I want them to institute a process whereby it is easy for a customer to file a complaint and get it resolved if the services he or she pays for are not delivered.
