voicemails from consignor) was dated January 28, 2017 at 9:29PM AZ and I had responded the very next morning.PLEASE SEE ATTACHED EMAIL RESPONSE- TOO MANY CHARACTERS TO include hereMy business number is a cell phone- so I cannot speak to any missed calls because there are times that the battery dies and I cannot see any missed calls. However, I can ensure there have been no voicemails because I keep them all and respond to everyones voicemails within 24 hours and have never received a voicemail from this consignor to my business number, [redacted]I see the consignor would like to settle this by renewing the contract, which I have no problem doing. But, I will need a phone call or email as stated.Also, Even though my signed contract indicates (contract copy, unsigned version attached) to donate any items left behind, I still have them at the shop because I want to ensure all efforts are made to connect with the Consignor beforehand. To this date, even though I have gowns that are 7 months out of contract- I still have held onto them after valiant efforts to connect with Consignor because I would not want to give away something can be very meaningful unless given direct permission to via voice.Never had a complaint with my business, was hoping something else would first happen with Revdex.com to show our constant customer support and respect to hosting community volunteer projects, and mass donation of STORE-owned merchandise out to the community hands.Please advise what I need to do from here to address this complaint.Thank you!Krystal S[redacted]
