I ordered the advanced donut training book and dvds from this company on Nov 11th for $and never received my materials as advertised in 5-business dayI have reached out to the owner, Lester C [redacted] , a dozen times over email and phone and have gotten mixed responses as to the status of my orderI emailed him on Dec to formally request a refund and have not received a response and have been blocked from calling him I have records of receipt and emails as proof if you need to reference them

I have contacted Lester to setup Donut shop in my areaI have paid him Part consultation fee which is $Due to personal reasons, I can not move forward with this business and I have informed Lester the same on 3/2/He said that he will get back to me after his 12-day training but he never got back to meI have been trying to contact him numerous time via email, text messages but he's not answering
Interesting thing is, He has been responding to new donut shop inquiries right away like in 30-minutes or so but when you ask for refund he's long goneI really don't want to create a big issue against him, he has been good to me and has good worth ethics but I really wish he provide me my refund as per contract right away
