I never received W-2. That’s fine that there policy is $35 for a copy! But I work d for Tony’s Famiky Restaurant for many years to know how ShADY they are!! I am sure if it came back in mail Anthony or Micheal threw it in the TRASH that’s what type of cowards they are!! I never received it therefore I will not pay for a copy!! We are a accounting and payroll service that provides payroll to Ms. [redacted]'s former and current employers. We sent the W-2 to her correct address and it was not returned to the former employer. Our policy is that if the W-2 has to be reprinted for any reason other than the employee did not...

We explained that to Ms. [redacted] with each phone call that she made. We asked to her to contact her former employer, but because she had not left on good terms, she refused to call them. We contacted the employer to see if the W-2 had been returned and they stated it had not. She called 2 to 3 times per day, threatening anyone who answered the phone. No one was rude to her and she was treated with the respect..

wanted her address changed on her W-2 and mailed to her. In April Dr. [redacted] came into our office and requested another W-2 be mailed to her. We gave him the W-2 and he mailed it to her. On July 7, 2017, another W-2, as per Ms. [redacted] request, was mailed certified, return receipt requested. We have her signature as receiving the W-2. I It is our policy to only deal with the employers as we are a payroll slice with 30 other companies. Ms. [redacted] was belligerent when she would call and she wai asked to go through her ormer employer if she had any further request.
