Hi, My name is Victor [redacted] I've take my vehicle(Nissan Sentra 2015) to Donvito Collison and Glass at Arlington Stto repare a hail damage on December They offered me a rental car trough [redacted] (a company owned by the same person who owns Donvito according Jacqueline, a employee from Donvito) I got a Dodge Dart on that day and changed for a Ford focus on the end of the day December because I work doing snow removal and I got stucked with this car about times on December resulting of the car being very low and because the snow storm we had On the very morning of December I notice the Ford Focus had a problem not having the proper traction on the tires resulting of a problem on the traction controlI called Donvito right away at 9:AM to report the problemI have spoken to a lady called Alisson( I am not sure about her nameIt would something like this) who works with Jacqueline on DonvitoI told her I had the problem and on that time I was not sure if it was the tires or the traction controlBut I wanted to exchange the car because I was afraid to have bigger problems with the carShe promised give me back in a few to say what I should do about the carBut nobody called me backAnd since I did not hear back I did not go there because I did not know if they would exchange the car for me on that moment, also I could not lose time because I had a lot of work to get done since we had a huge snow stormI went to do most part of my snow route on December and with a mate's car since I was afraid to use the Ford Focus When I finished my work on December I took the Ford Forcus and I was going to [redacted] to see if I could get another car I was driving through Broadway Ave when the wheels got locked up without I even press the breakI've tried to break softly on the first moment because I was very far to the car ahead me but it didn't work until the moment I needed to break harderUnfortunately nothing made the wheels unlock and I have hit other carThe accident happened around 3PM So I went to [redacted] and explained what happened to the manager, a lady called Sara and told her I would not consider myself responsible for the accident because I had a problem with the car and I have reported the problems with the car days before it happensShe treated me on a very rude way interrupting me all the time and saying I could not prove what I was telling herShe also told me that he received the call from Jacqueline from Donvito talking about my complaint about the Ford FocusSara told me that it was suppose to Jacqueline called me back and when I spoke to Jacqueline later she told me it was suppose to Sara calls me Jacqueline told me they would make a mechanical test on the vehicle to find out if there was a problemThey called me on the end of the day on December to say there was nothing wrong with there car and I needed to afford the hundred deductible to fix the Ford Focus on the moment my car gets done on DonvitoNobody provided me I technical report proving the vehicle was working properly I tried to explain the facts to Eric the (manager from Donvito) and to Mathew(manager from [redacted] ) but I did not get even the possibility to pay a smaller amount to them since they did not attended me when I reported the problem I had with the car As I said before since nobody from both companies called me back when I reported a serious problem with the rental car they provided me, and I had an accident caused by a mechanical and probably electronic failure on the traction control and ABS system, I believe they are responsible for itAnd more, it could have been avoided if they had called me back to find out what was happening and exchanged the vehicle I hope I can have this situation solved and make they recognize they committed a serious mistake not answering my request when I did itOtherwise I will need to pay for something that I did not cause

I've take my vehicle(Nissan Sentra 2015) to Donvito Collison and Glass at 1070 Arlington St. to repare a hail damage on December 5. They offered me a rental car trough [redacted] (a company owned by the same person who owns Donvito according Jacqueline, a employee from Donvito).

I got a Dodge Dart on that day and changed for a Ford focus on the end of the day December 6 because I work doing snow removal and I got stucked with this car about 8 times on December 6 resulting of the car being very low and because the snow storm we had.

On the very morning of December 7 I notice the Ford Focus had a problem not having the proper traction on the tires resulting of a problem on the traction control. I called Donvito right away at 9:06 AM to report the problem. I have spoken to a lady called Alisson( I am not sure about her name. It would something like this) who works with Jacqueline on Donvito. I told her I had the problem and on that time I was not sure if it was the tires or the traction control. But I wanted to exchange the car because I was afraid to have bigger problems with the car. She promised give me back in a few to say what I should do about the car. But nobody called me back. And since I did not hear back I did not go there because I did not know if they would exchange the car for me on that moment, also I could not lose time because I had a lot of work to get done since we had a huge snow storm. Sara told me that it was suppose to Jacqueline called me back and when I spoke to Jacqueline later she told me it was suppose to Sara calls me.

Jacqueline told me they would make a mechanical test on the vehicle to find out if there was a problem. They called me on the end of the day on December 12 to say there was nothing wrong with there car and I needed to afford the 500 hundred deductible to fix the Ford Focus on the moment my car gets done on Donvito. Nobody provided me I technical report proving the vehicle was working properly.
I tried to explain the facts to Eric the (manager from Donvito) and to Mathew(manager from [redacted]) but I did not get even the possibility to pay a smaller amount to them since they did not attended me when I reported the problem I had with the car.

As I said before since nobody from both companies called me back when I reported a serious problem with the rental car they provided me, and I had an accident caused by a mechanical and probably electronic failure on the traction control and ABS system, I believe they are responsible for it. And more, it could have been avoided if they had called me back to find out what was happening and exchanged the vehicle.

I hope I can have this situation solved and make they recognize they committed a serious mistake not answering my request when I did it. Otherwise I will need to pay for something that I did not cause.
