I ordered an item over 90 days ago. I have not received it. Customer service does nothing.
I ordered hand sanitizer on March 27 2020. I paid *** Order number *** I keep complaining that the item did not come. It's been over 90 days. They do nothing. They send me the same copy and pasted email. I think the website is a total scam.
I placed an order with this company on March 18 & haven't received it, it's now May 11. I have called & emailed to get a refund but no response. FRAUD
I placed an order on March 18th and never got it. I reached out via email on the dates of 3/27, 4/7, 4/14, 4/21, 5/4 and 5/7( customer service email) to "***" and got a response that my order would arrive soon. A few weeks later, I emailed again asking where my order was and was told the same thing. I was fed up with this company and asked for a refund to be issued and they continued to tell me that my order was arriving soon. The order amount was for $89.98 and the order number is ***. The balance was paid via AMEX and the order was 100 disposable masks.They also told me that they were unable to find suppliers in the Unites States and that they would be reaching out to Asian suppliers, a total scam. I simply do not want this order anymore and just want a refund. This company is a complete fraud and should be shut down.

I am hoping to get through to this company to get my company a refund, as the money could be better spent in our group homes. I am reaching out to the Revdex.com to better help me get this company shut down.
