Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I reject Dooleys response because they have and want to continue billing my son for services he is not receiving and at an address he no longer resides at as of 9/26/The call I placed was not in regards to a balance or no balanceI called to have billing stop and for them to pick up their trash barrels, the woman refused to bothI am confused as to why she stated locate their equipment ? They refused on 11-3-to pick the barrels up and at which time I made it clear I placed them in front of the house Regards, [redacted] ***

To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] enrolled in our subscription trash and recycling program to commence August During the enrollment process Mr [redacted] was made aware that the equipment would be delivered to him prior to his first collection Mr [redacted] has cited that he received the equipment August 1st which is accurate The customers first pick up of the month was Thursday August 6th, therefore he did as promised receive the equipment days prior to his first collection day During the enrollment, Mr [redacted] was made aware that the service was being offered on a subscription basis, and that he would simply need to contact us for any service add ons, changes, suspensions, or cancellationsUnfortunately, despite Mr [redacted] claim Dooley Disposal Services never received a cancellation notice from another provider Subsequently, we continued to send our truck to collect his trash and recycling well into October, during which time he had not returned the equipment It was explained to Mr [redacted] when he called in that because we had not received proper notice from him a refund would not be processed Since speaking with Mr [redacted] directly, and not his new provider, we have removed the equipment and his place of residence from our route sheet

Dooley Disposal Services, LLC can not remove equipment or alter accounts without speaking to the account holder In this particular situation, the account holder has a severely delinquent balance that must be satisfied before equipment is removed

On 11/3/customer service received a call from a women who identified herself as a relative of one of our customers, and requested that we close their trash account. Due to privacy reasons, we were unable to discuss the full scope of the account, but did let the caller know that there
was a past due balance for services that were performed at the said propertyThe Complainant in this matter is not a customer or account holder of Dooley DisposalTo date, we have made numerous attempts to collect the past dues balance and locate our equipment. Moreover, we encouraged the caller to have the customer call us. Without acknowledgement from the customer and or settlement of the past due balance we cannot execute changes on the account. We intend to file a claim in district court if payment of $is not received by January 1st

I am confused as to why she stated locate their equipment ? They refused on 11-3-17 to pick the barrels up and at which time I made it clear I placed them in front of the house.
