this trailer is only 7 months old. However, when examining the trailer we found extensive damage due to excessive overload which included outstanding wear on the main frame where the axles of trailer have been acting as support to all the extra weight in which this trailer was never intended to haul. This gentleman has overly exceeded the amount of weight that this trailer can hold and unfortunately this automatically terminates the warranty on this trailer. We informed the customer that his trailer has been dangerously overloaded and strongly recommended that he upgrades from a 7k to a 10k trailer. While the customer put this into consideration, we also offered to replace the axles on his existing trailer at our cost and at the agreement that he avoids further overloading, as he uses the trailer consistently for traveling work. The customer denied this offer and picked up his trailer. Additionally, we charged him only $100.00 for shop labor while we replaced the brake hubs, magnets, shackle straps, axle bolts, and 7-way on trailer free of charge which ultimately shows our willingness to help this customer in every way possible and without hassle. After all, we are open to working with the customer as our offer still stands with replacing the axles at our cost. As always we appreciate the voice of our customers and strive to provide quality customer service and will continue to do so for years to come.
