Terrible customer serviceWebsite says that have products in stock, but when you call they never have themIf you order something, it may take a week before they put in the order, then it's two weeks or more before you receive themTook my contractor one month to get doors that they advertised they had in stockThat time-frame required multiply phone callsIt is almost impossible to get through on the phone (wait time up to minutes) and they do not answer email requestsTheir prices may be low, but if you cannot get the product, then price is meaningless

I ordered a double door and after weeks waiting for delivery as promised my door was NEVER madeDo NOT consider this companyRIP-OFF

Terrible customer service. Website says that have products in stock, but when you call they never have them. If you order something, it may take a week before they put in the order, then it's two weeks or more before you receive them. Took my contractor one month to get 4 doors that they advertised they had in stock. That time-frame required multiply phone calls. It is almost impossible to get through on the phone (wait time up to 45 minutes) and they do not answer email requests. Their prices may be low, but if you cannot get the product, then price is meaningless.
