I hired a general contractor, who said that he had a good contact for cabinets, as I wanted to get a couple of kitchen cabinets redone and installation of new countertops He recommended "Roger" Rogelio T***, of Door Craft & Millwork We met and signed a contact to begin work on 12/11/The general contractor was to take out countertops on 12/11, Roger was to come on 12/12/to do the template to order the countertops Roger never showed on Saturday, 12/ I sent a text and called asking where he wasHe said that he could not do Saturday, but would be there on 12/at 9AM He NEVER showed, never called, and had already cashed my 1K check as a down payment so that he could get the materials to create a new cabinet and extend a cabinet in our kitchen Roger showed up on Monday, 12/14- No apology, but plenty of attitude because I told him that if we didn't hear from him on Monday, 12/13, we wanted our 1K back We were without countertops, water in our kitchen and a stove top for over weeks We was to install the countertops and new cabinets on Saturday , 12/19- to show up at 6:30-7am , didn't show up until 1:30- the same time that the countertops showed- again, PLENTY of attitudeHe promised to have the work done that day- never got doneHe also took a cabinet out and replaced with the exact same cabinet, only inches wider- WHY? We asked for that cabinet to reach the window above- it is about inches shy of that Never showed up with the cabinet he was to build either- scratched my new farmsink and took off without finishing He was to show up this morning (12/21)at 10:to finish the work, since I have out of town guests coming for ChristimasNEVER SHOWED, AGAINDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! like the previous complaint, he says he is going to show up and does notNo call, no texthis work is horrible, shotty at bestDo not give this man a dollar without any work done first DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYI now have to have guests in town for Christmas with a kitchen that is not complete, when it was promised that it would be complete
