I purchased doors from Door Express in the summer of When they were installed (summer of 2014) and the protective plastic was removed from the windows it was discovered that the seal on one of the windows was faulty and the window was foggedThis was reported to Door Express right away and the owner, Glen, informed us that this happens and we would wait for the winter to pass to ensure that none of the other seals failed and then he would replace the windowIn the spring I followed up with door express and Glen again suggested that we wait for the summer to make sure none of the seals failedI asked him to repair the window and he "promised" that he wouldA year and a half of empty promises, appointments made where he failed not only to show up but also didn't extend the courtesy of informing me that he couldn't make it and unreturned emails and phone calls climaxed when I dropped into his office to see if I could get the replacement window and have the door fixed by someone else (something he promised me he had) and he informed me that I "got what I paid for"

Delays and excusesIncomplete and deficient productNo response to questions and comlaints once they have your deposit
We always have issues with doors on our complicated residential construction projects and the people at Door Express seem to go to great lengths to get to the bottom of our probable problems before they are problems. I don't understand why they get some bad reviews other than to say garbage in garbage out. It's not easy to get it right and you have to help them when they ask you questions to get it right. more than any other supplier these guys try real hard compared to most who just hope they get it right. I was a sub on one of the jobs that gave them a bad review and I can tell you it was the customer who ordered the wrong stuff, not the guys at doorex.
