Review: We just bought this house and we paid to have an inspector because the realtor wouldn't pay it for us. So we thought we were doing the right thing by getting an inspector and the seller wouldn't turn on the water, and our realtor didn't make them. Now we are in the house and we have sewage back up in every pipe and we have no working toilets and we just moved in yesterday with a month old baby. We haven't even made a mortgage payment yet and we can't live here the way it is. No one is helping us and we just don't know what to do. We have no money for a lawyer and we have no money to get the pipes fixed. We think the sellers or the realtor should be responsible because this wasn't a foreclosed house or as is. Now the realtor won't help us and we put all of our money in this house and don't have any more to fix anything. We think the sellers or someone should help us for not turning the water on in the first place. We heard there is a lemon law for houses and wonder if that comes into this at all.Desired Settlement: We need help making this house livable. We have no money and no one will help us, We can't live like this. Please help us we don't now what to do.
