Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I find it quite surprising that Camelback Self Storage would blatantly lie regarding the time I returned the truck What I find even more amazing is that I was told that I would be receiving a refund within hours, and then Camelback Self Storage failed to comply with their promise and said I returned the truck after 10:am the following dayIf I did indeed return the truck after 10:00am when they were open, wouldn't I have received a final bill from them as they were open at that time? The fact of the matter is the truck was returned the evening before, and I have a witness who was with me to corroborate this Regards, [redacted]

This customer came in to rent a *** Truck His truck was supposed to be returned back by 8am the following day We had this truck reserved at 8am for another customer however this customer did not return the truck until after 10am therefore the new customer was unable to rent the
truck so we had to move the reservation to another *** location miles away We do appreciate him as a customer *** will charge a customer for another day if the truck is not returned by the time on the paperwork

We spoke with the customer..She used the storage in Feb and new she owed for the that month..To make the customer happy we offered her a full credit for future storage..We strive to make every customer happy

If I did indeed return the truck after 10:00am when they were open, wouldn't I have received a final bill from them as they were open at that time?  The fact of the matter is the truck was returned the evening before, and I have a witness who was with me to corroborate this.

Thank you sir for your response but you came in that morning and handed keys to the staff..We know moving is stressful and unfortunately if you keep the truck into the next rental period you are charged another day...Thank you again for your business
