I am not sure who her attorney talked to at *** *** or what was saidI do know thatI had sent *** a copy of their suggested repairs I can send copies of all the emails sentto *** if requestedAlso in that documentation you would notice the countless times thatI apologizedEverybody in my office has apologized a least two timesShe apparentlydoesn’t hear or read well. When *** agrees to let us back on site we will finish the glass and the handles etc( incidentally,we did not drop the section, the insulated glass was broken in transitTo get a replacement addedanother two weeksFor your information *** *** informed us during this time that lead timeswere moving up to eight weeks. In response to the delayed delivery issue and all the times she complained I told her I would give hera $ 1,creditHowever, she continued to find fault with everythingI decided there would simply be nopleasing herAfter countless emails and conversations I decided to rescind the $1,offer and thenI filed a lean on the propertyShe still owes us over $10,000. I will be quick and to the point> First of all we we received notice that *** *** was 2-weeks behind scheduleThis iswhat caused the delayI apologized over and overI had agreed to give her a 1,credit just because of thisWhen she brought thescratch to my attention I told her
would take care of it as recommended by the manufactureWhich was Fill and sand itThe doorsare paint gradeSo there was no need to replace the entire sectionWE could do this in the field, at our office or send it back tothe manufactureThe easiest way would be to simply do it in the fieldWe can do what ever *** wantsBut we are not replacinga perfectly good products because of a scratchI had sent *** documents from the manufacture and our office explaining thisThis probably could have been fixed and painted if we had noticed it beforeThis happens all the time on paint grade doorsand at most we would have given her $I addition I had sent her numerous emailsTo the point that we have now attached a lien on her Property and will not honor the creditI can send more information if required but I am afraid the minute allotment will kick in

The door has a gouge, NOT a scratch or why does it need a filler *** ***, the manufacturer, is willing to do whatever makes me happy as a customer spending a great deal of money My lawyer made a call to confirm this It is DSI who is not willing to give me the product I paid for in the agreement I NEVER was informed of the 2-week delay of delivery NEVER I had to call them I NEVER heard one apology I got threatened from the very first day I made the owner aware of the gouge that I would have to accept his resolution, or else not get it fixed at all Beyond the gouge, he has not fixed the broken glass, which I assume also happened when the door was dropped or otherwise damaged, somehow, during installation He has also not installed the hardware, such as handles on the doors etc He has placed a lien on a customer's house , which I find reprehensible, before finishing the job I will, gladly send the e-mails and pictures I will have to get help to attach pictures and e-mails

I was never told that I would have to give up my rights on how a damaged door would be fixed. You are welcome to call my lawyer. I will be happy to give his name and contact information. [redacted] felt that the panel could be replaced or that the boarder be redone. The problem with the panel being sent to [redacted] to have that piece repaired properly is that it leaves a hole in my door. Again, some of my rescues live in this mostly finished garage. I would not feel their area would be safe with a panel missing. That is why I wanted that one panel to be redone and sent to replace the bad one. [redacted] continues to insult me every time he writes an email. First, he insults my mental health, and now he insults my intelligence to read. Again, he placed a lien on my home less than 2 weeks from walking out on the job unfinished. That affects my credit forever. The lien is always on record. I feel this was done to a client deliberately to be distasteful. He also had no intention of returning to finish the job. I would never treat any customer in this manner, no matter how much I disliked them.
