Pink Plumber came out on a Sunday to fix a leak near my water meterI agreed to their $trip feeAfter seeing the estimate of $588, The said the pipe needed to be cut and replacedknowing that in the recent past my neighbor had a similar issue that costs under $to resolveI declined the workPlt paid the $with no arguementThe next day I got another professional plumber to come outThey found it only needed tightening at the connectionRepaired, cleaned the hole and lawn and cost $The difference in job estimate and price infuriated meI called Pink Plumber and after speaking with four different ndividuals over two day, they refused to reimburse the $Avoid these "Create a bigger sale" folks who have obsecne business practicesI'm quite sure the additional $would NOT have gone to Susan GKohmenA simple "We are so sorry for the misdiagnosis." and reimbursed the $would have bought them good will and a 2nd chanceNow they should get what they deserve

We had a very positive experience with Pink Plumber on October We discovered that our lack of hot water was due to a leak in our old hot water heaterIt was the original unit from when the house was built in 1995-On a Sunday, mind you, we called 404-222-PINK and within a few hours we had a technician at our houseHe (Brian P.) explained the situation to us and we had our hot water heater replaced that dayThe work took in and around three hoursI'm never happy to have to spend that kind of money but Brian made sure we took advantage of any coupons or discounts and that really helped
When we found out that there were plumbing leaks in our concrete slab, we were distraught as to what to do going forwardLuckily we had Brian Pfrom Pink Plumber to advise us, and work with us to resolve the issueBrian was very professional the entire time, and the other crew members he brought with him were of the same high qualityBrian had the house plumbed through the attic in one day, and came back the next day to finish with the heat shield and other touch up workI do not remember the other team members or I would put them in this review to reflect what a wonderful job they didThe house is leak free, and I have Brian and Pink Plumber to thankI would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing needGreat experience all around!

Broken internal mechanism in toilet tank Called Saturday morning and was given Sunday morning four hour window for service They called Sunday morning and said they couldn't make it our and wanted to reschedule for during the week, which I can't do When I told them that I would have called another plumber if they had only told me they couldn't make it on the weekend, the scheduler asked me, "Do you only have one toilet!" I told her that it wasn't a matter of how many toilets I have, but that they should honor their commitments and schedule more realistically Very disappointed...wanted to try someone who gave to charity, but they must be competent as well
This is our second experience with The Pink PlumberBrian [redacted] is the plumber that came outHe was very thorough and patient with meI am reluctant to call anyone unless it is absolutely necessary as I have been taken advantage of in the pastI was very pleased with the service and will definately call them again in the future
