Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11885289, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate your response but actions speak louder than wordsSince being removed from your list on 12/29/I continue to receive the *** *** bags on my front porchI found them on Tuesday January 3rd and Tuesday January 10thI was out of town both weekends so I don't know when they were actually deliveredBut like I said before not only is this littering on my property but it also tells people I'm not home nor have I been home in a few daysTranslation: this is a huge safety concern - criminals will target my residenceYou did not follow through on your promise to have the deliveries stoppedSo I cannot say there has been any resolution to my initial complaint.
Regards,

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/10/16) */
As a building supply retailer we deal with many contractors, each with their own discount structure. They will request a quote,we provide it,and they give their customer a price on the job. These quotes are done under the contractors acct.so that
they and us can keep track of the materials purchased.Mrs *** paid on the contractors acct.to obtain the pricing that *** had given her.The material was then delivered to the address as per the contractors instructions.Later that day or the next day,*** called us and said his customer had changed her mind on the style of shingle and did we have what was wanted. We did not have the style. On ***.** a man returned bundles of shingles to the store.I helped him unload, but refused some because the were in unsellable condition. He said it was a return for *** ***.(the contractor)Returns are very common with contractors as they always seem to buy extra product to have on site. Before I give the credit I check the customers acct to make sure he bought them at this store and to make sure the pricing is the same as what was charged.Everything checked out so I put the credit on.I have never spoken to Mrs *** as she stated in her letter. The first I heard of the issue was from the manager and did I know anything about it.He said that ***s customer made the payment and could she get refunded? I said sure but we will need ***s permission first since this was done through his acct.and we also need to see if the money is still there. We checked the acct and saw that he had used up some of the credit on other building materials.A phone call was placed to Mr *** and he assured us that he would look after it.He then came in to get the rest of credit put on his card so he could pay Mrs ***.the next time we hear from Mr *** he said he wasnt allowed on Mrs ***s property and that he had to email it to her. Then we here from Mrs *** who tells us he only sent $***.** and wants us to pay the rest.We try to explain that this job was done through her contractor and we are limited as to what we can do.We do not want to see Mrs *** lose her money on this and have told him several times to clear this up with his customer(he is now not returning our calls and is unavailable)We did not know Mrs ***s name, phone number or *** number before she called to inquire about the return, all we had was a delivery address on Mr ***s acct.(Credit card numbers are destroyed)We feel we are in the middle of a dispute between the contractor and his customer. As the retailor we do not know what agreements or disagreements went on between thembundles were delivered, and bundles came back and we are between conflicting stories. We have never been involved in this type of situation before.Contractors and their customers settle it between themselves.Mrs.*** was the contractors customer. There are many building supply stores in the *** area, why would you send a Payment to a store minutes away.Because thats where the contractor has the acct.We will continue to try and get this conflict resolved between the parties.Hopefully the Revdex.com can help us through this.We will fax you the invoices
