To Whom It May Concern, I'm writing in response to the concern from a community person who wrote a bad review against my company Door Tech LLCIn 2014, a customer who I had never heard of contacted me about repairing a door that had my sticker on itOur process when servicing a door is to put a sticker on itWe did not install the door nor, did we mess with the safety eyes when we replaced the springs before these people purchased this house This customer called me thinking we installed the door about repairing it (because our sticker was on it)We charged him a service charge, but he wanted us to pay for the entire door to be replaced because the company that installed the door several years before didn’t set the safety eyes to the manufacture requirementsThis caused his door not to stop when he accidentally tried to put it down with his grill sitting underneath of it This man would not listen that just because his door had our sticker didn’t mean we installed itWe don’t install the brand of door that he hadYes, we repair all doors, but we only install certain brands Thank you, [redacted] Owner, Door Tech 864- [redacted]

Worst customer service of all timeIf you have a legitimate complaint about being overcharged and can't get a returned phone call to resolve it then write a review about your experiance with the company on googleThe owner and his wife will call you up and tell you you are wrong and treanten you

We have used Door Tech for years now We dont need them often, but when we call we know we will get great service In Feb we called and a tech was here in minutes He was kind and proficient at what he does I would definitely recommend Door Tech to anyone

I had the garage door springs replaced in July with springs that include a lifetime warranty In the summer of 2016, I noticed that the springs wouldn't stop my garage door from closing if I stopped the opener with the door on the way down Luke from DoorTech inspected this in the fall of and determined that the springs had stretched and needed to be replaced
I have tried numerous times to arrange to have these springs replaced by DoorTech and cannot get them to respond to me anymore I would like a refund of

In less than a year their product broke multiple times, the garage door would jump tracks and not shutAlthough we had a lifetime warranty, after the third time they stopped returning our calls We had to have another company repair it, and per that company we never received the upgraded hardware we paid for as well as had the wrong springs installed

To Whom It May Concern,My company takes customer satisfaction seriously.  We did put these gates in and have made five trips out to help the owners understand how they work. When we received the calls that the gates wasn't operating properly, A technician was sent out and to check them and...

they was working like they were suppose to. The lady doesn't speak English and the daughter is her translator. The mother got very angry when we tried to explain that the gates was fine it was a operating error. After five trips and the gates worked like they were suppose to what more can we do? The problem is they don't understand how to run them. We stand behind all work, but at some point we have to stop running free trips for something that is the customers fault.

We called Door Tech for a second opinion after we were having problems with our garage door not closing intermittently (when sun was directly overhead). The repairman sent by our home warranty company said he could not adjust door sensors because door needed to be replaced. He gave us a very high quote. Door Tech responded quickly to our request for the second opinion. They quoted us for a repair of the door first, and then a replacement (which was considerably less than the earlier quote we had received). There was no pressure, and we made the decision for the new door based on the door's age. Next, Nick from Door Tech came out last week (within a couple of days) of the first visit to install our new door. He was competent and efficient, friendly, and when his work was done, we had a beautiful new garage door that operated perfectly. Thanks.

What you imagine the ideal service experience to be, we had with Door-Tech. Extremely helpful initial contact, promptly kept appointment, very tidy with seamless removal/installation and nothing left behind. This company troubleshoots by phone, offers all options and doesn't upsell. Flawless work. We would hire them again on a handshake.

Great company with great service. We had a new door and opener installed. They made sure everything was right. Just had them out for a service call that turned out to be nothing... so they charged nothing. I definitely recommend.
