was working like they were suppose toThe lady doesn't speak English and the daughter is her translatorThe mother got very angry when we tried to explain that the gates was fine it was a operating errorAfter five trips and the gates worked like they were suppose to what more can we do? The problem is they don't understand how to run themWe stand behind all work, but at some point we have to stop running free trips for something that is the customers fault
