I have used this company before to haul horses with no problem, but after this horrific experience....NEVER AGAIN! They had their driver pick up the mare from my place on 3/15/The driver said that the mare would lay over at her facility and then be headed to WANo one told me or her new owner that the lay over would be over a week! We found that out AFTER the mare was already on the roadTriple AC Ranch sub-contracted the haul to a woman out of Grants Pass, ORThe sub-contracting was NOT allowed in the hauling contract and was NOT disclosed to the new owner prior to doing itIt wasn't until I threatened to get the law involved (for horse theft) that we started getting answersUp until that point, we did not even know where the lay over location was! Absolutely ridiculous! This company is so completely unprofessional! I would not trust them to haul a couch, let alone a living, breathing animal ever againThe mare FINALLY arrived at her destination late last nightShe had been sent with a blanket, which was never usedShe arrived dirty, cold, shivering and with a runny noseTriple AC Ranch has NO business being in the horse hauling business

policy is listed clearly in several places and she acknowledged this via text-messages which I have retained. [redacted] received a refund, despite our policy, because of her continued dissatisfaction. We found several severed wires (this was not present while in our showroom) and she was not using the equipment properly (to which she was educated and chose to ignore). She signed a contract stating she received her refund and would NOT be pursuing any further compensation. All staff responded promptly and courteously to her continuous needs while she always made an effort to yell and threaten. I can provide evidence of signature if necessary.
