 that my employee was entered the wrong amount  .  The item supposed to be $469.99.  I called the customer right away and told her the price was wrong.  We asked her if she wanted to purchase that item then she had to pay $100 difference   Otherwise, we would issue the refund for her.  Then we refunded the order for her.  After that transaction, the item was changed to our website to the correct amount.  We do not cheat the customer, but the price may enter wrong, but it is rarely happened.  We always notify the customer.
In our on line policy, there is a statement that we can change the price if any error occurs.

I ordered 2 SNS nail items on 8/8/16. Although they confirmed the order and sent me an e-mail saying it was shipped (no tracking number), it is now 8/24/16 and I have not received my order. I have sent 3 e-mails and called 2 different numbers to leave voice mails. No one has contacted me in any way.

I ordered online 9 Watt Ocius UV Light Bulb for Nail Gel Light Lamp 20 pieces. I bought the item, and it was charged from my credit card. I also did not receive USPS tracking number for my item. The order is not sent and the money is not returned.

RUN...from this company. It is run by a liar and crook. The woman that owns the company will not respond or acknowledge you once you have ordered. If you have to return anything, you are out of luck. You will never be able to reach anyone. I sent my product back and I have never been able to get a refund. She received my returned product which was verified by my USPS tracking number, however, she has ignored the fact that she had not credited my credit card. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Review: I ordered a Kupa Upower 2G Portable Nail Drill for use at my salon. The price was advertised on the website as 369.99. I bought the item, and it was charged from my credit card. I also received a USPS tracking number for my item. After several days of not getting tracking updates, I inquired to the company if they had in fact sent out my item. I was told that the price of $369.99 was not correct, that it was actually 439.00 and that I would have to pay the extra money to receive my item.Desired Settlement: I think that they should honor the price of the item that was advertised for OVER a week. They had already charged my card and created a shipment label, yet no one contacted me about the price mix up. I think that if I bout the item at their advertised price, I should get the item for the advertised price.
