Worst company
This company absolutely sucks. 3 times I placed an order threw Panera Bread which they do use DoorDash. Big mistake ! 3 times it never came. Since I could not get in touch with anyone from DoorDash about my order. I had to call Panera Bread. I deleted my account with DoorDash . I will never use DoorDash again. I would rather starve

O STARS!!!!!!!!!! Tried signing up for this company for the first time (with a suppose to be trail offer) and they ended up charging me anyways for the full subscription. So I reached out to their customer support (through chat) and he then advised he could deactivate the account but in order for me to get a refund I had to send a screenshot of my bank statement showing the charge. As I was chatting with him, I received a notification on my phone stating I had A Doordash charge for over $42.00. So now I ended up calling their support team, while at the same time still chatting with Eden T from their support team. The lady on the phone advised that an order was placed and then cancelled. But I was confused because I never completed my order and the place the order was placed for was a whole different restaurant than the one I had in my cart. So now I end up with two charges from door dash 9.99+ 42.00+ and they advise that it will take 5-10 business days for a refund and they will escalate the issue up. I now find that quite crazy, how my order got placed and how I ended up with all my money from my card gone with no food or product. The agent in the chat also ended the chat once I told them they company does horrible business and I was reporting them to the Revdex.com.

Worst app and customer service out there. Do yourself a favor and just stick with Uber eats, doordash is basically a scam. That can take your money and you won't get any food, they don't get their drivers and you'll end up losing money with them.

They delivered the wrong food but charged me for the much higher cost food I ordered. Told me I needed to re-order and would give me a credit. When I tried to re-order the food cost more. I called them to get a refund vs a credit and they hung up on me. When I called back said they would give me a credit to re-order my dinner at no extra cost - re-ordered - no credit. Clearly they just attempted to scam me!

Eastern company business name doordash deactivated my doordash driver account based on false accusations made against me about policies that they think that I violated without hard evidence

I use this company a lot since the covid outbreak. I am a diabetic single mother. I spend hundreds a week uauing this company and I’ve had nothing but problems. Today I placed an order that came 30 min late the food was cold and the bread started to crust. When I explained that I knew my food was going to be cold and the driver was late the agent told me multiple times that my food would arrive. When I called him out on it he ended the chat session. After speaking to two more reps and sending pictures of the cold food to an email they provided me with the rep said they gave me a 5$ credit and couldn’t do anything else. I paid almost 30$ for the food and the 5$. Credit is for use with their company only. I will not be issuing their service anymore they do not care about their customers only money.

I am absolutely fed up with your driver's coming with no masks!!!!! I was told by your last driver, "fk you, I don't need a mask in my car ae!" I politely explained I have leukemia and he could kill me!!! he said sorry as he jumped in his car! I'm done! your company has no intentions of actually addressing your problems and care about your customers. Youve given me $5, credit twice. Do you think the $5 will pay my drs bills????

terrible service. ordered iced coffee twice and was forgotten both times by driver. the straw was already in the bag from wawa but the coffees were never picked up. neglect. needs to be change. dont want a refund, would like change from doordash.

I was a Dasher. On June 5, I was verbally assaulted by a non customer "Karen". The number listed on the order was incorrect. I complained to doordash. They cancelled the order, and informed me of a negative review that was removed by this person. Today June 9, my account was deactivated with NO proof or valid reason. Again the person WAS NOT A CUSTOMER.

Doordash takes your money before the restaurant confirms they will make your food. If the restaurant does not make your food you are out of luck. Then it takes multiple times contacting them to get your money refunded. 3 times so far and it's the last time.

On May 13, 2020 at approximately 9:37 pm I received a text that someone placed an order on my DOORDASH account. I attempted to contact DOORDASH immediately to notify them of a fraudulent charge against my account. I live in Hockessin Delaware and the order was placed for a residence in Monrovia, California for an order that cost $57.09. Order was placed at a restaurant in California, Chengdu Impression, Monrovia, California. The guy I notified at Doordash said he couldn’t do anything about the transaction until he saw it on my account. I contacted my bank to see if I could get the charge reversed from my credit card and they said it was up to doordash to credit my card since my card is registered on my Doordash account. So I made a second contact to doordash, they ask me all the questions about the charge which I have listed above; when the charge was made, where the order was placed and where it was sent. Then Doordash sent you a complaint form by email and I completed the form. Have not heard anything back from Doordash.

I ordered applesbees on mothers day for it to be delivered at 6pm. Which applebees deliveries are thru door dash. It never came they finally called and said they were having computer issues did I want to wait I said yes. Later on about 830 I got text from Doordash asking if I was still willing to wait I again said yes 5mins later I get a text saying order canceled as in Doordashed canceled it so I call Applebees which they informed me that if I want a refund I need to get a hold of doordash well I did I was told a refund to my card would take 5-7 business days well its been way past 7days still no refund. Placed an order through doordash for food delivery at 259pm 5/22/2020. Through their tracking I could see the food was picked up at 328pm. The order was set as delivered at 330pm. The restaurant is over 5 miles away. I reported th oh s and refused a refund. I also asked for the driver to call on arrival and they never did.

Your drivers are thugs and thief’s and they steal orders. I’ve had two orders with missing items and when I contact the restaurant to verify my order they assure me that is wasn’t forgotten on their end. They also inform me that the drivers are thief’s and steal food all the time. This has happened twice to me and my family members haven’t gotten their meals. I’ve talked to two agents and they offer no solutions and no compensation for my inconvenience. Why are you employing people who steal from your customers? Especially during this difficult time when we are in quarantine and are not supposed to be going out in public. You have these trash drivers that are taking advantage of people and this situation. Im disgusted with your response to this problem and I will no longer be using your services.

Horrible customer service! Adrianne P is nasty. No help what so ever. They charged my account immediately and now I have to wait 5-7 days for food that never showed up. Horrible company will never use again. I will make sure my family and friends do not either!

The most unethical horrible company ever!!!! I cancelled my subscription after only using the service one time and apparently it never cancelled. They never sent emails when I was charged 9.99 a month and I saw from a bank statement 6 months later that I have been charged for 6 months!!! I contacted them about getting a refund and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with!!! The best they could do was give me a 9.99 refund for the last month. This company does not deserve to be around and is the most unethical company ever by not emailing me when I was charged every month and stealing my hard earned money. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company!!! I will be telling everyone never to use them! I will be posting reviews anywhere I can find to post them!

they let somebody use my debit card and did not let me see where the food was delivered, they will commit fraud and help the criminals look at my "customer service"

This company is still stealing tips. I got an order today that offered $14 pay for a 12 mile delivery during $2 ,so called peak pay. The customer showed me on his app where he ordered and left a $20 tip. After texting doordash support for over 30 minutes and telling them I have proof. They gave me my $3 base pay $2 peak pay. Remember 12 miles from merchant to customer. After informing them I have proof of the $20 tip they adjusted my pay from $14 to $25. This proof will also be forwarded to the US Attorney General

Doordash and it’s drivers have made multiple mistakes on orders of mine over 40$ and they refuse to issue refunds or reorders. So I end up with other people’s food while spending a lot of money.... it’s theft and bad business
