I have no idea where that came from and again leads me to believe that maybe you're getting some information crossedLastly, I don't know where or how Rocky would have conducted his investigation because over the phone he said he was unable to pull up video that old on his cameras and would only be able to review the footage from that dayI specifically asked him to do that and offered my phone number to follow up on the results with me, at which point he started yelling and antagonizing meThis is seriously insultingThere was no resolution attempt made.Sincerely,*** ***
Customers complaint is inaccurate. He is a former employee who felt entitled to employee benefits and became upset when it was not given. This vehicle has only been to JL one time in recent years and the customer presented a coupon for the VOCP for $13 off the retail pricing. The...
retail pricing for the VOCP is $32.99 and a coupon of $13 was applied to the customer purchase bringing the total to 19.99. The customers son also complained that his mom paid with two $20 bills yet our investigation showed one $20 bill was given with a penny in change returned to the customer at cash out. Unfortunately we had to deny a Free Top Off as the customer prior purchase was not a qualifying purchase. We are happy to provide the free top off with qualifying purchase within the top off policy parameters for any customer who purchases the Signature Service Oil Change. Unfortunately that was not the case with this customer and they became upset once they were informed that we could only honor the top off with qualifying purchase. I have attached the customer invoice to show the service purchased and discount applied as stated above verifying our reason for denying the top off based solely on lack of qualifying purchase.
