I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.
The wood on this door is ROTTEN. I have not received a telephone call or message from this vendor. I have spoke to this salesman from my job and my cell number and he has not called either number: [redacted] or [redacted].He has never responded to any call and I will not be calling him again. HE CAN CALL ME.

I had the wrong number but did call her correct number on Monday 17th and left a message. I am more than willing to build her a new door but need to talk to her to make sure that she excepts my terms and see if I can get stain color from her to match the frame. It will take some time to build a new door because of our production time but I wont put in production line until I get the ok.
Unfortunately this was overlooked on my part. I had went out of town the next day and forgot to call back. This was not done on purpose and will get this taken care of. Since reading the complaint, I have left her a message to call me back. As for her door, it...
is out of warranty. We only warranty our doors for 2 years from warping or cracking. I have attatched a copy of our warranty to read over. But since this door is only 3 yrs old and I know how much it cost, I am going to rebuild her door for free including the stain and finish but she would need to pay the $250.00 installation fee. I feel this is more than fair for both of us. But I will need her to call me back so I can get the stain color of the door and make sure she is alright with all this.
