I am rejecting this response because:To whom it may concernVery unprofessional company, I will pursue every legal way to get to my customer rightI will not hesitate to hire an attorney and make them pay for all attorney fees as wellObviously I'm not the only one whohas major issues with deliveriesMy bad I didn't check the online reviews as there are or customers with similar problems.In regards to their response, which is mostly untrue or doesn't show the full picture.First of all I live in *** and the house was built in **My representative at Doors and Beyond, Damian M*** was very well aware of that factThe agreement was that those doors are delivered to the jobsite at *** *** *** *** *** ** as agreed before purchase (attached proof of email conversation before ordering)The doors where on a semi truck and where dropped offat a local hardware store, NOT AT THE JOB SITE AS AGREED UPONProof *** FreightI had to find and pay a third party to transport the pounds to the job site, therefore it was not possible for me to inspect the doors within hoursThe delivery only arrived in July on the job siteI immediately called my sales representative at Doors and Beyond Damian M*** by phone, proof attached of my T-Mobile the 10th of July after I flew from ** to **Damian M*** promised me on the phone it will be not issue, they will send out the missing moldings/frames/casings and will forward the issue about the scratches to his supervisorI never received the missing parts nor a phone call from a supervisor about the damageWhy Doors and Beyond is saying that I waited a month to report the damage is beyond me, especially that I can even proof that I called it in immediately upon inspection the doorsweeks later I contacted Doors and Beyond again to see of the progress of the missing parts as we needed to move into the homeI never got a reply for a very long timeWhy Doors and Beyond is saying that I only sent pictures is beyond meI sent over pictures to Damian by email that CLEARLY show all the scratches.Of course the doors are installedDoes anybody think I live in a house without doors? I expected the missing parts and a call from anybody at doors and beyond about either replacing the scratched items with new doors or a discountNever heard anything, no in fact I received an email that I have to pay for the missing parts againWhy Doors and Beyond is saying they reached out to me to assist is beyond meI never got contacted about missing parts, solutions or anything for that matterI'm waiting for over month to solve this issue.Why Doors and Beyond is saying that there were no missing casings is also beyond meDoes really anybody think I mount doors without casings and then ask for more? This Doors are unique only matching casings work.Yes Doors and Beyond had a charge back and they did not win, they just replied, the case is still pending and escalated to Stage with *** *** *** Why Doors and Beyond is saying that scratches are done by installer is also beyond me as they where advised about the missing parts and scratches BEFORE installationAlso when you look at the scratches, it is very very clear that this is a result frompackaging all the scratches are the same, they are all withing inches of the border of the doors, all around, exactly where the carton of the door was laying on transport on it, its scratched the doorsAs proof I send you over more pictures of all individual scratchesThis case is currently in Escalating Stage with my Chase Credit Card.If I do not get this case solved with my Credit Card or the Revdex.com, I will not hesitate to escalate this issue furtherI will be represented by *** *** *** *** *** ***

placed the order with our Company in February for a special order has been producing overseesThe order was shipped out to the customer in June Based on our policy, information about can be found on the Sales Order, the customer has hours to inform us about any concealed damages and missing parts ** *** first notification was received only (one) month laterThe customer first stated that he is missing (eight) flat casings and that some of doors have scratches on themPlease note that he had only send pictures(attached) of the doors and they don’t show any visible scratchedWhen we had received the pictures that he sent to us show that the doors were already installed and the claimed scratches most likely resulted during the installation processWhile reviewing the case the customer at a later time informed us that he needs (nine) flat casings instead of (eight)We had checked the packaging list from that warehouse and there were no casings on back orderEven taking into account all of these facts, our manager was open to assist the customer and has tried to reach him out Please be informed that our doors pass the triple inspectionThe first time, our warehouse specialist check all of the products after receiving it from the factoryThen the doors are pre-drilling for the customers’ needs and after that process they are pass the second inspection by the production specialistThird and final inspecting occurs before shipping upon packaging the product and sending via a carrier We already had a charge back case with *** *** which we successfully won as we sure that the truth on our sideWe supply our customers with the brand new goodsScratches can be a result of the installer’s job and should be directed to the appropriate person who was in charge of the installation processThis is a common case when the installer damages our product and the customer is trying to claim it with our CompanyIn addition, there is a common sense that if the product comes in scratched then it should be reported right away and there should be no effort done to install a product with unacceptable condition We kindly ask you to carefully review the information we provide As a courtesy, my manager can provide moldings that are needed by *** *** as our manager was planning on doing Sincerely, Elena K**
