Doors Collection

Review: We ordered an entrance door on 06/**/2013. They told us it would take from 2,5 to 3 months the most to receive it. We contacted them in 3 months and we were told we will have the door on October [redacted] 2013. We came in on October [redacted] to see if the door is ready. There was no door. It has been almost 4 months now and there is no door and no money back. In addition, they have no answer on when the door will come in.Desired Settlement: The business is responsible for providing an accurate information on when they can deliver the product, so we, as consumers, can make a decision for ourselves if we can wait that long or we go somewhere else.
