We are responding to a customer complaint. [redacted] purchased hardware from Doors Etc on4/24/14. On Friday 5/9/14 his contractor came into the store and said that he couldn’t get the hardware to work.  He had completely disassembled it.  We had to help him reassemble the lock. He left. Later on [redacted] called using inappropriate language with the salesman.  The salesman ([redacted]) told him at that point that he was not authorized to provide a refund but he could speak with the owner [redacted](me)  on Monday.
 
On Monday, 5/11/14 I called [redacted] and left a message that we would handle the problem and provide a refund. [redacted] never called back. I  am still willing to provide a refund of $ 122.45.
