[redacted] this same complaint was reviewed by the attorney generals office an there findings suggest we are not liable or responsible for the damage incurred !! we tried to mediate or resolve the issue with the carrier however the ***s were very difficult to work with !! there is not much I can do !! knd regards [redacted] ***
they asked us for receipts for the milling of the doors for there banks records !! once again this turns out to be a continuation of there lies !! ( not to suprising ) they apparently would like to see our cost in hopes of finding away to say we charged them to much !! I have had several other mills make a rough estimates on this same order of which I have two in writing both of which were slightly higher !! we also contacted a wood workers association that reviewed our pricing and they felt it was well within the price range for one of a kind custom wood working !! they agreed on the pricing and that’s what they paid !!there position on the cost further establishes all there efforts to take delivery without paying I just hope we don’t run in to another customer like the [redacted] s !! they had a very hard time accepting the fact they were going to have to actually pay

Here We go again / We built the entryway / the entryway was taken to Lexington two times and they would not accept delivery / the customer was suppose to pick the entryway up in huntington three three times / the customer is extremely dishonest and will say anything !I
have given up and tried times to to deliver or meet the customer for pickup /The entryway was taken back to our mill where it was crated an ready to ship /The bill now reflects crating , shipping , storage and tax which other customers pay !The original invoice was for $3,which was reduced to $2,because the customer was going to supply there own glass / the customer then decided to use our glass so there is and additional $added to the cost /Customer has said this is a scam and the door doesn't exist / she has pictures of the completed job which you will receiveI am not trying to deliver this entry again / the delivery was something I offered as a favor / five attempts ended any good will accompanied by nasty text messages which included references to my deceased father which I assume she found in and obituary / non the less poor offensive taste in her remarks ! We will not be duped again into bringing the entryway anywhere / the last and final resolution is payment in full / at which time we will release the entry for shipment via common carrierThis is one of those customers ( one in three thousand ) that we talked about / that has no boundaries or limits to which she will go Stream of text messages to follow along with pictures that were sent to authenticateMy statementWhen the customer is ready to send the balance we will furnish the total dueWe are ready to ship / this is how our other customers receive there doors !Customer does not need to pay for all of our delivery attempts or anything out of the ordinary /Final invoice to includeThe additional beveled glass chargeTaxCratingStorageShippingPretty simple right ?*** ***

* not provide receipts? Why can he not provide a receipt for the truck rental, hotel, and any other items that he has asked for and been paid for?I will ignore the accusations since they are not germane to my requestIf it matters to anyone trying to resolve the issue of a receipt that was not provided, I would only say that MrF
* has provided one side of the story, overlooking or ignoring other facts that don't fit his storyWe would need three weeks in court to sort out all the claims, counter-claims, and evidenceI am only asking for receipts please

*s post is not germaneThe simple fact is that when I picked up the doors and asked Mr F
* to provide a detailed receipt for the additional costs, he said that he thought he could come up with somethingWhy not do that?
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Again, I am only asking for receipts, which is standard business practice and necessary for submitting to the bank and for tax purposesThe original price in the contract for the doors was about $15,What we paid to get the doors released to us was $17,We need to have receipts for the additional costs. The rest of MrF

this complaint is so unfounded as you will find we quoted a custom order for doors from the complainant who accepted our bid and sent a deposit we milled the doors and contacted the purchaser to arrange delivery .the acknowledged plan was for us to deliver the door order monday
*
morning . I left ohio for *** nc sunday when I called the ***s monday morning they informed me they were in chicago which went totally against our agreement the purchaser tried very way in the world to try and get me to deliver the doors without payment .in the meantime I contacted a local builder that used some of the same sub contractors whom he contacted he found the ***s were indeed in *** I told the ***s the only way I could deliver was if they would make a wire transfer which they agreed to do !! they were going to send the wire transfer on tuesday !! they asked me to make delivery based on there word that the transfer had been sent !! when the transfer did not arrive on tuesday they said there banks policy was to send the wire transfer the following day a vice president of my bank said wire transfers did not work that way !! ( he called this a lie ) my banker they contacted a representative of my bank to clarify the banking code for the transfer they actually did contact the vp of my bank !! again based on there word they wanted me to deliver the doors > my banker advised against making delivery until the transfer had arrived !! a security person with jp morgan chase did a check to see if any wire transfer had been initiated !! when it was determined there wasn’t any transfer active I informed the ***s that I needed to be in huntington for xmas !! extremely dishonest practice I was supposed to be paid on monday @ or before the time of delivery !! in there attempt to take delivery of these doors without paying the balance they caused me to stay in *** for four more days than I my intended travel plans !! I didn’t include meals or for my time to there bill !! which I feel I was due !! the ***s tried over & over to take delivery of these doors without paying !! there intent & dishonesty became very transparent the ***s were very dishonest throughout this transaction !! they were solely responsible for my extended travel & truck rental of which a portion of the cost was added to there bill which they agreed to pay ( see attached text messages ) I can further have the bank send a certified letter detailing and describing the dishonesty of the ***s . on my next visit to *** I will let you view the detailed text messages involving this transaction ! some ( texts ) of which are attached to this response to describe there behavior in one word ( CRIMINAL ) and this complaint is a continuation of the same !! in conclusion we did not add or raise the price from the original quote . we only added on the expenses incurred while trying to deliver the doors to *** which was four days in hotel & truck rental expenses which they agreed to pay Richard F

Richard Flynn has written his story yet has not provided any documentation to validate his story. We obtained documentation from UPS showing the date we contacted them to report the damage, which was the SAME day we received the door. On the day we received the door we called Richard to explain to him that the door was not pre-hung, not the correct style and also damaged. Our UPS documentation proves Richard Flynn is once again lying regarding the events that occurred. Consumer Protection stated we need to seek an attorney because Richard Flynn mailed us an item though it was the wrong item. As of today, 06-29-14 Richard has still neglected to provide us a replacement door to the specifications we initially agreed upon. He continues to state he made us a new door yet has NEVER shipped it. We are not paying Richard Flynn any more money to ship a new door. He has stolen our $500 and collected the insurance claim money from UPS.

I tried to delivery or arranged for the customer to this entryway up 5 or 6 times / in the course of these attempts I personally drove over 2200 miles .The entryway since has been crated and ready for shipment upon receipt of the balance to be determined by and accounting firm .I won't try to deliver again . The customer probably thinks I will drive to [redacted] 8 or 10 times . Customer was notified if she didn't pick the entry up it would be taken to our warehouse for shipment via common carrier !!Customer needs to pay balance at which time we will proceed with shipment !Customer has said and filed complaints stating the entry does not exist / customer was fully informed during the milling processAlong with picturesI had the entryway within 15 miles of the delivery address three times / in addition the customer was suppose to pick the entry up three timesI did all of this at no charge ( free ) I am not going to try again !!I took the customers word for the balance dueOriginal quote included beveled glassCustomer wanted to provide there own glassSo I deducted $400.00 from the original quoteThen the customer decided they wanted to use our glassSo the balance due is $2,400.00When I tried delivering the entryway the customer claimed they only owed $2,000.00I told the customer I wasnt going to charge tax / customer stated they were going to turn me in for that so I added the tax on to there bill !You have all the text messages regarding this transaction / her account is very untruthful and dishonestTo put it mildly this has been unpleasantThis customer is the one in five thousandI want the customer to receive the entryway however I am not going to try and deliver againBalance plusPlus taxPlus cratingPlus storagePlus shipping chargePretty simpleNot for this customerPretty straightforwardNot for this customerI can only hold the entryway so long / if the customer wants the entry they need to make arrangements for paymentSorry that you are in the middle of thisFor my part this statement brings this to a conclusionThe ball is in the customers hands so to speakRegards**
